Targeted Approach, LLC (TA) is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business founded in 2013, focused on delivering tailored solutions for unique problems. Targeted Approach’s corporate expertise and experience encompasses logistics, supply chain strategies, strategic analysis, decision support, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), management support services, and training solutions. Our clients span the spectrum of the Federal Government and include the United States Marine Corps, Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Army.

Management and Support Services
Our Management and Support services are built on a decade of management consulting, program and portfolio management, and over 40 years combined leadership and mentoring by our managing partners while serving in the Marine Corps and Coast Guard. Our unique experience and past support to Government and Industry partners allows Targeted Approach to deliver innovative and customized management and support services.
Decision Support and Facilitation
Our team uses state of the art, web-based decision support tools to assist our clients in understanding and reaching consensus on their problems and issues. Using web-based tools we are able to support on-line, virtual, sessions as well as bringing our tools to a site of the clients choosing to facilitate group coordination and collaboration. When used with our strategic analysis approach, we are able to deliver products faster and with higher quality.
Strategic Analysis
Our Strategic Analysis work is founded on our Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) work for the Department of Defense as well as our Concept and Capabilities work for Industry partners. We have developed Service and Corporate Strategies as well as capability and technology Road Maps. Our work has enabled the development and acquisition of technical systems and warfighting enablers.
Proposal Support
Our team has provided proposal support to large and small businesses with equal success. Our approach to understanding government sources sought, requests for information, and responding to actual request for proposals has led to wins for many partners who would have potentially walked away from a competition. Our "economy of force" approach provides rapid assessment of the opportunity with comprehensive development of technical proposals and recommended pricing solutions.
Analytics
Targeted Approach provides sound and actionable recommendations that are grounded in solid analytics. Whether performing a JCIDS assessment, Cost Benefit Analysis, or Business Case Analysis, our team uses industry and government approved processes to ensure that the results are repeatable and testable.
Training Support
Our team provides state of the art training solutions for our clients. We focus on instruction, operations, training and doctrine, force management, and leadership curricula. Our personnel perform tasks and leader development in accordance with Service regulations. We are well versed in development of programs of study and the integration of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.

Two of Targeted Approach, LLC’s Managing Partners were career military, having honorably served and retired from the United Stated Marine Corps (USMC) and United States Coast Guard (USCG). Our third Managing Partner is a successful proposal and business development lead. All have successfully provided support to DoD, DHS, and Industry clients.
